(1) In the case of landless Dalits and landless squatters, the Commission shall request each local level to collect and send the details and data in the format specified by the Commission and in the case of unorganized residents in the format specified in Schedule-21.
(2) If a request is made according to sub-rule (1), the local level shall collect the details and statistics of landless Dalits, landless squatters and unorganized residents.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), while collecting details and data, the concerned local "Tahkowada Committee" shall provide details of landless Dalits, landless squatters and unorganized residents living within their ward. And after collecting the data, the details and the truth of the data should be examined and submitted to the village or city executive for approval along with recommendations.
(4) In relation to the details and statistics submitted in accordance with Sub-rule (3), when the relevant village or city executive carries out the necessary investigation, if it is found appropriate to accept such details and statistics, according to the decision of the village or city executive, the commission shall approve the details and statistics with a separate list of landless Dalits, landless squatters and unorganized residents. It should be sent to the body designated by the commission. But if landless Dalits and landless squatters are the same, they should be included in the same list.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the Commission may examine the statement received as per requirement.
